Employee Training Surveys

Mercantile Systems collects operational data from staff and/or customer research surveys to engage our client's employees in a 360° training experience. Data is sorted individually by person, so each employee gets a comprehensive assessment of performance and how they rank against their peers.

The program helps our clients make immediate adjustments and identify areas for needed training or retraining. The data also assists company management with recruiting guidance, employee reward program development, retention and morale.
